These Terms of Service apply to your use of appointment reminder text messages from Susan's Nails, operated by Susan Moy.
Service Description
We provide nail care services by appointment. As part of this service, we send you text messages to confirm bookings, notify you of schedule changes, cancellations, and remind you the day before each appointment.
Your Agreement to Receive Texts
By providing your phone number when booking an appointment, you agree to receive these appointment-related text messages at the number you provide. This consent is not a condition of receiving nail care services. Message frequency is approximately one to four messages per appointment. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to any messages you receive. We are not responsible for charges from your carrier.
Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. Opt-out is immediate and permanent. To opt back in later, contact siewsanmoy@gmail.com.

Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to consent to receive SMS messages from us. If an appointment is being booked on behalf of a client under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide their own phone number and agrees to these Terms on the minor's behalf. We do not collect contact information directly from anyone under 18.
Limitation of Liability
We make reasonable efforts to send appointment reminders accurately and on time, but we do not guarantee message delivery, which depends on your carrier and device. You remain responsible for keeping track of your appointments. We are not liable for any missed appointments due to undelivered or delayed messages.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
