How We Obtain Your Consent
We only send text messages to clients who have explicitly agreed to receive them.
When booking an appointment, whether in person, by phone, or by text, you will be asked if you'd like to receive SMS appointment reminders. If you agree, your phone number is saved in our system for that purpose only.
Before your first reminder is sent, you'll receive a message asking you to confirm: "If you would like to receive text reminders for your appointments with Susan, please reply YES."
Once you reply YES, you'll receive a confirmation: "Thank you for opting in. You will now receive texts related to your appointments with Susan. Reply STOP at any time to opt out."
To opt out, simply reply STOP to any message. Your opt-out is honored immediately and permanently. To opt back in, you can reach out to Susan directly.
