Information We Collect
When you book an appointment with us, we collect:
Your name
Your mobile phone number
Appointment details (service type, date, time)
We collect this information directly from you, either in person, by phone, or via text at the time of booking.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
Schedule and manage your appointments
Send you SMS text messages related to your appointments, including booking confirmations, schedule changes, cancellations, and reminders the day before each visit.
We do NOT use your information for marketing, promotional offers, or any purpose unrelated to your scheduled appointments. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
SMS Messaging
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive appointment-related text messages from us at the number you provide. Message frequency is approximately one to four messages per appointment. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently. Reply HELP for assistance.
Who We Share Information With
We share your information only with:
Twilio, our SMS service provider, which transmits text messages on our behalf
Google Firebase, which securely stores and backs up your appointment data so we can access it across devices
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies and are not authorized to use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else.
Data Retention
We retain your appointment data and contact information for as long as you remain an active client. If you request removal, we will delete your data within 30 days. After you opt out of SMS messaging, we retain your phone number on a do-not-text list to honor your opt-out request, but send no further messages.
Your Rights
You may:
Request a copy of the data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP

Minor Clients
If an appointment is booked for a client under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must provide their own phone number for appointment-related communications. The parent or guardian is the recipient of all text messages and consents on behalf of the minor. We do not collect contact information directly from anyone under 18.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this privacy policy, we will post the new version on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically!
